Take a piece of paper, on one side write Things to Remember and on the other side – Schedule for Today. The author has discussed a simple way of reducing stress by putting everything on the paper.

This part also discusses a way to declare war on procrastination. Prioritize your tasks on a regular basis and put it all in a diary. At the end of the day, go through that page and mention the reason for procrastination for the tasks that you haven’t completed.

The author has also expressed the need for knowledge of When, Where and How Long you should study.   

Quizzes & Exams

Quizzes & exams consist of the ways of how to study by dividing your time into chunks of sessions. By the virtue of significance of concentration, Cal has told the importance of taking smart notes. Divide your notes into three parts – questions, evidence, conclusion.

It is important to organize a quiz for yourself after completion of every chapter. You can write a list of questions and then get it printed and practice over and over again.

The author has discussed several other tasks which should be done one by one without mixing them up. It is important to do a task at a time.

Essays & Papers

Even if you don’t get research papers for assignments, this part will titillate you to write one. It talks about ways to write critical essays assignment and also, how to work on a research paper.

In this part, the author has signified the need for having a titillating topic for your research paper. This book speaks about several ways to save your time and craft a powerful paper or critical essay answer.

It is important to have the information of sources for your paper before starting to write. The author has highlighted the importance of reading out loud your research paper after completing it. This way you can fix the hidden mistakes.

Every part ending follows a cheat sheet – summary. The author has interviewed several straight-A students from many universities across the globe.
