The Power is a sequel to the book The Secret. This book is written for all those people who want to live an amazing life. This book is one of the great self-help and life-changing books. It shows you the way to live an amazing life. The book has mainly incorporated the big game of the Law of Attraction. The Law that most of us don’t know but it exists.

This book consists of various sections and each section holds its own significance of the day to day life. The author has discussed The Power and how it changes your life. Everything is not a coincidence, but a sign to you and to give you what you gave to others.  You gave love, you will receive love. You gave hate, you will receive hate. You are a magnet and the law of attraction is unfailingly giving you every single thing in your life based on what you’re giving out.

How we often don’t pay attention to what we speak but have you ever observed that right now you have everything that you spoke of? Doesn’t matter whether it is good or bad, but you said it and so you have it.

Often, people complain that they don’t have anything in life that they love so where to look for positivity. This book says that love is being alert to what you love. You have to be aware of everything that’s around you to love, otherwise, you will miss things. And that is what happens to most of us. We get hypnotized by our own thoughts and ignore the things around us.

In this book, the author has delineated the significance of Gratitude. Every single saviour of the world used gratitude because they all knew that gratitude was one of the highest expressions of love. Every time you feel grateful you are giving love, and whatever you give, you receive. The author says that every spare time is an opportunity to be grateful and therefore we should never miss even a second without being grateful.

One of the most fascinating topics that this book incorporates is the Power of Imagination. The entire world is developed through the power of imagination. One cannot imagine one’s non-existence and therefore it doesn’t exist.

Logic will get you from A to B. Imagination will take you everywhere.

Albert Einstein

The beauty of this book is that the author has explained the relation of the Power and money through love itself. The author says that to have all the money that you need in your life, you need to put love first. You are worthy of all the money you need.

It’s not how much we give but how much love we put into giving.

Mother Teresa

The Power and Relationships is a helpful section. Life presents everything to you and gives you choices. And you are given all kinds of people, so you can choose what you love in those people and turn away from what you don’t love.

The author has given a name to humans i.e. Personal Emotional Trainers (PETs). Some people are soft PETs but some are hard. It is easier to love the soft ones but the hard ones make you stronger to choose love no matter what. It is the tough trainer that makes you stronger and determined to choose love no matter what, but they are also giving you a message. They tell you that you have gotten yourself stuck in negative feeling frequency and you need to get out of it because you deserve better. The book talks about how it important to notice good things about a person you love.

Health is prior to anything in one’s life. This book says that being healthy is feeling the same way as little children feel. Their minds are clear; they are happy and free of worry and stress and therefore they are healthy. This book also talks about how our thoughts affect our food and water and therefore our health. Scientists at the Institute of HeartMath in California found out that our thought changes energy as well as the structure of the water. As our body is 70% of water, our every cell is surrounded by water. So, if we think positive the energy level of our entire body increases but if we think negative the energy of water decreases, thus affecting our entire body.

We always believe that after a death we will go to heaven. But the truth is we have always mistaken the meaning of heaven. Ancient texts say that “heaven is within you” and what they are talking about is the frequency of your being. The frequency of happiness. Widgets
