What Is The Magic Of Thinking Big About?
Many people, in their attempt to become successful, forget that there are tools to help them. This book will help you to desire for greater success and the intelligence to select a tool to help you realize your desire. I have summarised each chapter for your better understanding.
Chapter 1: Believe You Can Succeed And You Will
Believe, really believe, you can move a mountain, and you can. Not many people believe that they can move a mountain. So, as a result, not many people do.
This chapter talks about the infinte power of our belief system. It says when you believ you can, your mind starts figuring out ways and means to make it all happen. When you believe you-can-do-it, the how-to-do-it develops.
In this chapter, the author discusses how disbelief is a form of negative power. By generating disbelief, we give our mind a reason to not support our desire. Also, it’s not someone else to be blamed for our failure but our own thinking. According to the author, people should respect a great leader and learn from him, but never worship him. A person should believe that he can achieve beyond the success of his idol. Also, this chapter talks about how to train your mind to observe and develop deep insights into human actions.
In this chapter, I also learnt how to make our mind work for ourself by harnessing the power of belief. Here are the three guides that will help you to develop the power of belief:
- Think Success, don’t think failure. Let the best thoughts, like I can do it, dominate your mind. This will condition your mind to work in the direction of success.
- Never sell yourself short. Remind yourself regularly that you are better than you think you are.
- Believe big. When you plan small goals, you accomplish small things and when you plan big, you achieve big.
