2. Knowledge

Once you have an idea of where to go, now you can direct your research. Knowledge is power. The research on your idea helps to expand your thought boundaries.

3. Market

Once you have given a direction to your ideas, your next step is to explore the demand of that particular product or service you want to offer. Learn about your target customers. Explore the level of demand your product has.

4. Costs

One of the most important things to consider is the estimate of cost for your business. Estimate the total cost required to set up and run your business successfully. Depending on the size of your business, calculate the cost.

5. Capital

Nothing starts without money. When you will understand the type of business you want to do, caital and investments will be clear. Lookout for investors. Funds can be borrowed for business.

6. Competition

Know your competitors and check out what they are doing different. When you identify competitors in the market, you are able to evaluate your strengths and weaknesses.

7. Team

Apart from having the right people in your team and staff, you should know how to train them properly. Make them understand their positions and responsibilities.

So, these are seven basic factors that one should consider before starting a business. Also, finding the location is an important factor.
